Holiday & Event Prep Cleaning

The weeks before hosting are stressful enough without scrubbing the guest bath at midnight. A holiday prep clean puts the rooms your guests will actually see — kitchen, bathrooms, entry, gathering spaces — in company-ready condition, so you can cook, decorate and enjoy it.

And when the last guest leaves, a post-party reset puts the house back together while you recover. Salt Lake’s cleaning calendar fills fast from September on; if you host, book early.

What holiday prep covers

  • Kitchen detailed for marathon cooking — appliances, sink, counters, floors
  • Guest bathroom made spotless, stocked and towel-fresh
  • Entryway and coat space cleared and cleaned for arrivals
  • Gathering spaces dusted, vacuumed and guest-ready
  • Guest bedroom freshened with clean linens
  • Post-party reset visits — dishes, floors, bathrooms, order restored

Every home is different — your quote spells out exactly what your visits include. See how pricing works.

Common questions

How far ahead should I book holiday cleaning?

Three to four weeks ahead is safe; the two weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas fill first. September is the smart month to claim your date.

Can you clean the day before my event?

That’s the most requested slot, and yes — if it’s booked in time. Tell us your event date in the quote request and we’ll schedule backward from it.

What about after the party?

Post-event resets are half the service. We handle the dishes-floors-bathrooms recovery so the house is yours again by the next evening.

Is this different from a deep clean?

It’s targeted rather than total: we concentrate on guest-facing rooms and hosting readiness. If the whole house needs a reset first, pair it with a deep clean earlier in the month.
